About 5'9" to 5'10"* and well north of 350 is my guess.
* He may have topped six foot (just about) in his youth, but these days he looks shrunk any time he's in a group.
I'll give him 6' give or take. In his first term he was definitely 350+. I was under the impression that he'd lost some weight since then.
I'm 6" and 230 and I would bet a large sum he's heavier.
