Why? I mean, they clearly aren't going to live through it, but nobody's claiming that.
Good observation. They could easily die from the first stab, which would make the remaining 665 a lot easier - less of that annoying wriggling about.
If I was going to do it, it would take some time. After about stab #300 or so, I think I’d need a break. And maybe a light lunch.
