It appears that Trump wants his Attorney General to prosecute alleged paid actors at anti-him protests under the RICO Act. I'm not sure how this would work, as being paid to yell at Trump isn't a criminal act, and paying people to yell at Trump isn't a criminal conspiracy (it should go without saying that there's no evidence that protestors are paid actors in the first place).
So I guess we can add RICO to the already impressively long list titled 'Things Donald Trump Doesn't Understand'.
