From what I know there are “military personnel” in Ukraine from many countries including from countries like France, England and Germany. That’s because Ukrainians would not be able to operate high-tech Western weapons without them. So technically there are “NATO soldiers” in Ukraine right now. And technically, if they were to be hit and killed, we would have entered a new world-wide conflict. As crazy as they are, the Russians would not want to see this happen either.
Otherwise there are some crazy volunteers fighting for the Ukrainian army. Also there are the words of Macron (and Keir Starmer) expressing their readiness to send fighting forces if necessary.
Russian propaganda is hard to decipher but I am reading it as “Me too. I also have the right to enroll Korean, African, Nepalese soldiers in my army, because the Europeans are also doing it).
Russia has still the world’s second nuclear arsenal. I think it’s really irresponsible even for the Russian propaganda machine to say stuff like that.
Here are some numbers:
Russia has (according to Putin) 700,000 soldier in Ukraine (1,2 million total)
Ukraine has 900,000 soldiers and is looking for more.

So, according to you Ukraine doesn't have any people smart enough to use the necessary technology to fight to protect their land. And from your bloviation, I take it that this applies to all countries who have had assistance from other countries. The only reason other countries step in is to help the dumb countries...is that about right in your estimation?
