The crazy shit has been exempted by SCOTUS of criminal activity during his "service" to the US. I wouldn't want to be one of those sailors blowing up Venezuelan vessels in international (or Venezuelan) waters. Since I would have been in the engine room (assuming sea-launched drone, or whatever), I would've been ignorant of the facts. This whole thing is disgusting. The chump doesn't deserve a Nobel Peace Prize, he should be in front of the International Court for war crimes.
The craziest shit is that this 'war' isn't going to accomplish its stated purpose of saving American addicts. The Mango Mussolini can continue to blow speed boats out of the water until the cows come home, he can hang drug traffickers in the public square, he can even burn Venezuela to the ground, and it won't make one bit of difference in the drug trade.
If he was truly serious about winning this stupid, pointless 'war on drugs' he'd claw back that $180 billion he gave the stormtroopers and use the money to set up addiction treatment programmes. Collapsing the demand is the only thing that's going to work.
But at least we're not talking about Epstein.
