Newsmax senior judicial analyst former Judge Andrew Napolitano said Tuesday that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth should face trial over war crime allegations, after reports surfaced he directed the military to “kill everybody” during a strike on an alleged drug boat in the Caribbean.

“It gives me no pleasure to say what I’m about to say, because I worked with Pete Hegseth for seven or eight years at Fox News,” Napolitano said during an appearance on the Newsmax’s “National Report” show. “This is an act of a war crime — ordering survivors who the law requires be rescued instead to be murdered, there’s absolutely no legal basis for it.”

“Everybody along the line who did it, from the secretary of Defense to the admiral to the people who actually pulled the trigger should be prosecuted for a war crime, for killing these two people,” he added.

When such a conservative twatwaffle as Napolitano calls your actions a war crime, you're a goddamned war criminal.

You would think even an incompetent douchenozzle like Hegseth would be familiar with the term hors de combat and the legal implications thereof.
