I hope SCOTUS invalidates Trump's tariffs and ends his pressures on Europe. And I hope Congress impeaches him again if his military takes Greenland.
In any case, I think a new Democratic president would give Greenland back to Denmark if Trump does take it. Whichever Democrat follows the MAGA Republicans will have to repair a lot of functions of the government and a lot of relationships with other countries.
Trump seems to have TACOed the military option. Now, he’s pressuring the EU to pressure Denmark to sell him Greenland. I don’t fancy his chances.
