Looks like Trump just TACOed on the whole Greenland thing. In one day, he went from taking Greenland by 'any means necessary' to announcing the framework of a deal (similar to the concept of a plan) to discuss building a few more bases (which seems rather silly) to mining the country for rare earths (which seems rather impossible).
