There were atheists long before modern evolutionary biology was a thing (e.x. Epicurus), so why does the existence or nonexistence of evolution matter to them to begin with?
Right, evolution only disproves gods that are supposed to have been involved in creating modern species as we see them today and not have used evolution to do it. But that's just a coincidental result of what we've found.
The real question is why so many Creationists direct questions about evolution to atheists instead of biologists?
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.
