Since evolution doesn't disprove the existence of God
March 4, 2026 at 11:23 pm
And, naturally, creation and evolution aren't mutually exclusive, why do atheists care about evolution so much?
There were atheists long before modern evolutionary biology was a thing (e.x. Epicurus), so why does the existence or nonexistence of evolution matter to them to begin with?

Because it disproves special creation and undercuts a principle of several major world religions, Einstein. Anyone with 17 contiguous neurons in their skull should be able to understand this. Yet here you are, wondering/spamming.

It doesn't disprove special creation at all. God could have simply created life with the appearance of having evolved.
Or for that matter, God could have created a system in which evolution gave rise to human life, with that being the goal all along.
So it merely seems that atheists don't want to believe that they were created by God, and attempt to use evolution as evidence of this, when evolution doesn't even prove that to begin with.

So you're arguing that your god is a liar. Got it. Nice to see yet another Christian who doesn't find virtue in honesty.
Of course it disproves special creation, because we have witnessed it occurring in our own lifetimes. But you're not honest enough to admit that, I'll bet.
What's the over/under on a macro-microevolution argument coming in the next ten posts, folks?

What's the over/under on a macro-microevolution argument coming in the next ten posts, folks? Nope, it doesn't disprove that at all. Humans could easily have been the intent of evolution all along, and have been pre-destined to have evolved.
Again, atheists want to evolution to disprove it because they don't want to believe in a God for various reasons (e.x. having to contemplate what their fate in lives to come may be), but the irony is that evolution doesn't even disprove it to begin with.

You've already been ignored, dolt. One thing you're great at: losing audience.

It's pretty simple.
Humans were the intention of evolution all along. There was no "randomness" (neverminding that "random" in science doesn't mean without intent, it just means that something outside the evolutionary process, which could have been intended all along, affected the process).
Every species which went extinct was pre-destined to go extinct, and every species which evolved was pre-destined to evolve.
Therefore, evolution doesn't disprove special creation.

What does this even mean?

He could, just like aliens or Muppets could have created people by evolution, but there is no evidence for that. Evolution is a very inefficient way for some determined creator. All those billions of years of the universe developing stars, and then all those species of life forms that died by trial and error just so we can exist after 14 billion years as a planned pinnacle of creation is just nonsense.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Pretty sure it would disprove at least some gods. I guess it depends on what god you had in mind. At any rate, you don't seem to be talking about biology at all. You're talking about fate. That's another thing I don't believe in, in addition to gods, personally.
