I urge everyone take the time to watch this, especially if you sometimes have thoughts of intellectual snobbery towards theists. I bet most of us do. It's also good to see where the other side is coming from and how our attitudes can and do damage our reputation.

Everything she says is entirely reasonable. It should be self-evident.
She's saying that intelligent and honest people may disagree. She's saying that there are good and bad people on both sides. She's saying that empathy is a good thing.
Naturally fanatics on both sides will find reasons to reject these ideas.
