"The European support loan for Ukraine has been unblocked ― €90 billion over two years," Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy wrote on X.

They're calling it a "loan," but Ukraine only pays it back if Russia agrees to pay huge amounts of reparations. Since that will never happen, it means that the EU is handing over free money.
