Well no shit Sherlock. I never would have guessed that Jihadists use internet to communicate with each other if it weren't for that fine piece of investigation.
I think the article is less about communication and more about recruitment. Rather than being means of direct communication between Jihadis, it is more about disseminating their ideologies and propaganda and influencing other to join their movement.
What is surprising to me is that given the internet's legendary status as world's greatest porn collection, there aren't many fatwas banning its use.
