Well, that is the most you can get from reading Wikipedia.
They are not even close. As a matter of fact, they never were.
They were simply like the right wing parties of any other country during the cold war: opposed to communism. Their official ideology included Turan, yet they insisted on including ethnics into their ranks, particularly these bosnian guys, and they are sympathetic to the chechens, with whom we have no kinship whatsoever.
They even criticized Israel for Gaza. They are ummah sympathisants in denial, although they also have a potential that can be tapped. We must free them from this confusion, and reinstate order as it should be.
Down with the portraits of Türkeş, and up with the portraits of Atatürk. If we only had followed his ideology in the light of our mentor Nihal Atsız, we would have made progress. Türkeş, even though he probably meant everything well, just sent things the wrong way.
By the way, I did vote for the MHP in the general elections.
On the previous elections, I voted for the CHP, who was going back to it's nationalist roots, before the new head of the party, who was an unknowable person from Tunceli came to power, and fucked up the party once more.

The other ones are for now, Turkish citizens. They possess the same rights as anyone else. I do not advocate such things as civil unrest.
