Call me ignorant, but I am not aware of any scriptural support for this statement. In addressing His persecutors directly, Jesus also addressed indirectly all of humanity. He makes the statement from His own humanity which He shed by glorification.

The statement sets up a subject-object distinction between the Son and the Father, in which one entity is the judge and another is the judged. How can anyone reading this not conclude that you’re describing the relationship between two distinct entities? Your interpretation destroys the unity of God, a typical Trinitarian error.
