What scripture are you reading? Can you cite chapter and verse? Yahweh, the father, IS Jesus and he makes it clear he doesn't "pass judgement over" to anyone. See Isaiah 43:10-12.
The proper way to read the passage of Luke cited is that Jesus, when asking the Father to forgive us (for it is we who crucified Jesus by our sinful ways), he is speaking as one who is the Son, separate and distinct from the Father. When he forgives sins, that's when he's God, united and one with the Father. That he can be both at once is part of the mystery of the Trinity.
Quote:2. You assume that Jesus was talking about the people crucifying him. (this is a common misinterpretation from people who are ignorant of scripture).
Jesus was asking God to forgive the disciples, who all except John fled in fear of being killed themselves for being his followers.
As I said above, we are the ones who crucified Jesus. If we were not sinners, no sacrifice would be necessary to persuade Yahweh to forgive us. Still, I'm glad that Adam did bring sin into the world. Otherwise, Jesus would have never come to save us from sin and we wouldn't have had the Lord's demonstration of love so beautifully captured in the two hour snuff film of Mel Gibson.
