The UK is theocracy only in that it that it has an official state religion of which a powerless monarch is titular,but not defacto,head.
The UK is not a theocracy in that there is freedom of worship,which is not usually the case in a theocratic state.
I really can't see that there is a problem. It's also moot; nothing can or will be done while secularists are in the minority without political power.
PLUS of course I live in Australia so could not give a flying Dumbo* about the UK
