I only know of one atheist forum with a females only section, but it mostly focuses on women's health (and is very rarely used). It started as a way for one of the younger female members to talk to some of the more experienced women about female health problems. The men were asked if they wanted an area like that for themselves, but decided against it. It seems to work well on a small forum whose core membership has known each other for years. Don't know how it would work in a larger arena.
