I would say that falls under the heading of organized crime.
And all of it in "the land of the free!" that's got the world's largest prison population.
its clearly fascism...this isnt the land of the free. I have gotten to where I almost panic when a cop gets near me. They can make up anything, shoot your ass , whatever...you will lose and your tax dollars pay for it.
