My guess is it will be repealed 5-4 with the expected voting as they have EVERY time they are presented with any bill that could be construed as even reasonably partisan.

Oddly, though....it was not considered "partisan" when that scumbag Romney proposed them for Massachusetts or even before that when fascist think-tanks like The Heritage Foundation was all for it.

Politically, it’s an important point, because Romney is inaccurately being portrayed as some kind of left-wing outlier, when in fact there were some major conservative institutions (like Heritage) and figures (like Gingrich) who supported the mandate.
