Oddly, though....it was not considered "partisan" when that scumbag Romney proposed them for Massachusetts or even before that when fascist think-tanks like The Heritage Foundation was all for it.

That's what KILLS me! It was considered neither partisan nor unconstitutional when they put the mandate into effect in my home state of MA! It is so funny to me because overwhelmingly people agree with the individual things it does for the health care system of expanding coverage, reducing rates, and even LOWERS Medicare spending. If they shoot down the mandate the law will crumble. I don't see how it is severable when it is the backbone of the whole policy. Couple that with the Ryan budget and imagine how many people will lose health coverage and benefits. Luckily I don't think they will ever get that piece of garbage into effect.
This Supreme Court has way too much power. Why even have a Congress with these assholes standing out in front going "yes" "no" "no" "yes". Every damn decision is 5-4. The right must be loving it.
Trace the money from any right wing "fact" or argument and you will find your way to the Heritage Institute or the Heartland Institute. Where you can then find executives from Exxon/Mobil who essentially make Republican policy.
