As you can see, censorship is acceptable as long as it extends only to restricting the defamation of another, a decision which the courts have upheld several times over, and a law which many of the more liberal countries practice. In this case, by classifying homosexuality as a disorder requiring treatment, the Church has crossed a line and must legally be stopped.

Ah, pointless post. I already recanted my opinion and agreed with you based on a source I found, but there's no harm in having these here as well.
