I play Mount&Blade: Warband when I get the urge to hop on a horse and pillage villages, sell people into slavery, and sack cities.
Or Total War series with the following mods: Europa Barbarorum(Rome Total war, features many ancient civilisations including the Sakae), Broken Crescent(For Medieval 2, features many civilisations that were present during the crusade, focuses on mostly native Islamic and Christian civilisations, but includes the Kypchak Khanate as a Pagan faction and Crusader states as a European Christian faction(s)).
