I didn't either. I suspect that the percentages are something along the lines of "You had X% of your answers in common with people who identify as Y.". Not exactly like that, of course, but something similar. I suspect they use the optional results prediction dropdown for that purpose.
If you answered in such a way that you scored at or near 100% for atheism, nobody is going to rationally confuse you for a theist. In your case, nobody is going to confuse you for one regardless.
