My Complaint With Atheism/Atheists

Another problem/complaint Ihave with atheism is that when push comes to shove, when they get the oppostunity to prove their way of life is better than the christian one--they can't do it.

How many times do we have to say it? THERE IS NO "ATHEIST WAY OF LIFE"! We do not band together and form communities where we all perform the same rituals, eat the same food, educate our kids the same way, etc... This is pretty much something BELIEVERS do.

Good news for all, I am not going to be here much longer as this forum is like all the rest. There is no fairness, no honesty, no justice and if you do not think like an atheist then there is something wrong with you.

I guess you don't like being told your beliefs are crap. Well, that's what you get when you come on an atheist forum and try to pass off bullshit as fact. Particularly the bullshit that Creationism is true and evolution is a fraud.

So freethinking is not found in atheism because they cannot accept those who disagree with them.

Are you kidding? Atheism is ALL ABOUT being a freethinker. I (and most others on these boards) were once like you. I believed the story of Jesus and that everything in the Babble was true. Then I started to look at the Bible critically. I also examined what the church wanted you to believe. I eventually concluded that the Babble and the church made no sense.

If atheists really were open-minded, were really free thinkers then they would not have a problem with those who believe for the religious is thinking freely and have chosen freely.

I don't think anyone here cares if you want to believe that the Babble is true. Go ahead! Waste your time praying to your non-existent deity. It matters not to me. Just don't preach your bullshit to me.

No Christians are not homophobes we just know what happens to a nation or civilization when homosexuality is accepted and legitimized.

Really? What happens? People are free to live their life as they choose without interference from religious whackjobs?

No atheist has presented one ancient mss. that shows that homosexuality is good for a country and that the practice is beneficial to all.

Why is it such a big deal to you what two consenting adults do in private?

It isn't and christians can point to an example, an ancient one, that provides evidence for the real result of embracing homosexuality.

Let me guess. This is an example found in your Babble. And what is your solution? Rounding up all the gays and executing them? Or maybe just banishing them to their own island somewhere...

Anyways, I have yet to see the atheist be better than the believers they complain about.

And I'm sure this comment isn't tinged with a hint of bias.
