Not sure why you would expect personal attacks, but still... thanks for your story and welcome.

Oh not expect, but I would like to see how I am attacked if that sort of thing is allowed to go on given my full(ish) story.
Again, pending a moderators ok on this.

Depends on what you mean by "attack."

Theists are allowed to "attack" your views and atheists are allowed to "attack" the views of a theist. As a matter of fact, it's pretty-much all we do in the Religious forums. We do not however, allow anyone to personally attack someone without provocation. We have banned just as many atheists as we have banned theists for unwarranted personal attacks. This rule cannot be lifted for you even at your own request.

I will say this though, if you're interested in heated debate, don't worry, it won't take long to find it here in the vortex of christian stupidity. (insulting one's religion is perfectly acceptable )
