I do not recommend calling anyone a "tranny" or a "shemale". These are generally derogatory or come off as extremely bigoted. I do not know any transwoman who does like to be called these things... especially during transition when many of us are at our lowest point of self-confidence. That is not to say such people do not exist... but I would suggest that they might not necessarily be intending to undergo genital SRS.
