I never said anyone claimed electrical impulses have sentience. I asked if that is what she meant since she basically refused to answer. Ok, you are saying the information (or thoughts) are encoded on the electrical impulses. How so? Where did the encoding come from? The electrical impulses in our brain (and in the rest of the body) are no different in quality from the electricity running through power lines or what we get from batteries. Neither of those have any encoded information do they?
Look on the last page for my reply. I did not "refuse to answer", you weren't making any sense to me, so I was trying to clarify before I proceeded. You really don't need to be so rude, I'm being as cordial as possible.
