It is and he is not outside of the bounds of the rules by doing it. You, and others, are outside of the bounds of the rules by taking up direct attacks against another member. Worth what risk? Someone losing their temper because they can't take differing opinions? That happens all of the time. In fact, we've had people all out freak the fuck out here. Forums are still here. I think we're safe.
