1. I'd go to recruitment Chanel and corps would ask if I was a spy
2. One corp said they are in nullsec, came all the way with a jump cruiser to pick up my raven then in nullsec they shot me on sight and kept my ship.
Lotta bs and scams in the game
Also I hated how me and my Corp would wait hours to get our fleet together. Spend the night going gate to fate searching for pvp, then 3am everyone logs off in random places. Login next day, I get blown up
The rifter was my favorite pvp frig. Think I will train for hurricane i hear that things a monster
1. Don't use recruitment. Use the Corporation Finder and apply directly or contact them directly.
2. Always take everything in EVE with a grain of salt. Trust is precious and tenuous in New Eden. Trust no one.
I've been playing the game for a reasonable amount of time now, and I've yet to come across a legit scam. Just exercise a healthy amount of skepticism, and you'll be fine.
In my current corp, our fleet ops are far more refined than that. After our ops are done, our FCs ensure that we all make it back to hi-sec before leaving.
The Hurricane is a monster. The Tech II version of the Rifter, the Wolf, is also a beast.
