Genks theoretical god is preparing an insanity defense. Slippery fucker. The prosecution would remind the jury that god was of clear enough mind to design all things in existence to their "exacting specs". The prosecution would remind the jury that god always preceded his violence with proclamations of precisely what violence he was about to inflict -clear evidence of malice aforethought. The prosecution would remind the jury that documented instances of temporary insanity are so rare that any given instance of temporary insanity mounted as a defense against such heinous crimes is incredibly improbable but very convenient for the defendant. That the defendant has a history of level-headednes and a clear ability to plan his crimes would suggest that if the defendant did suffer from temporary insanity at some point it was most likely not while he was planning or executing his crimes. In either case the defendant presents a clear danger to all living things it comes into contact with and as such should not be allowed to remain free to roam about with impunity amongst it's fellow beings. Incarcerated or committed.
