In which case, why aren't all planets inhabited. If more expression of perfection is better than less, why create only an effectively small and finite number of toys for you to impress?
I always love the perfectly virtuous bit. Its the dictator call. What I do is the perfect way to do things because I'm in charge and if you disagree I will send you to the torture pits.
