What is the point of having this tiny stage in time where for a split second we are material only to spend the rest of the eternity in an immaterial state? Sounds similar to considering a day to be good or bad by what happened during its first nanosecond.
Another question, why you religious people are so sad when someone dies? Doesn't that mean the respective soul found its way to heaven? What can be more joyful? You should party hard when your parents or children pass away, not mourn. What is the actual loss in your view?
The same as your loss, you think we're callous and want miss those we love, we do celebrate when our loved ones are in heaven, we are extremely saddened when the lost ones go to hell.
Those of use who will be in heaven will have a material body, you should read and study scripture before making such ridiculous statements. By the way those who will be in hell will have physical bodies too.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
