first, it's not an excuse. i don't owe you anything of the sort. second, i'm not doing anything because other people break the law too. it just goes to show the imbalance in the system - that same system that you assume will prosecute all crimes evenly. for your other question, i've been arrested plenty of times.

Just with speeding tickets I am sure cops get "I was only going as fast as everyone else". Sure, but they didn't stop anyone else, they stopped the guy saying that.
