North Beach in San Francisco is pretty damned great for Italian, Min.

So is La Trattoria on King William Road Adelaide as well as Grote Street, which even has a pretty good Argentinian restaurant.

Thought I'd share that,for your next visit to Adelaide. Have never been to San Francisco; I'm terrified of earthquakes.

I used to work with my dad in Melbourne as a carpet layer.
When ever we went to an Italian, Greek or Turkish household the hospitality would be turned on full bore.

And the food! My Gods!!!
