I think the term 'agnostic' is useful, because it shows that you admit that you lack the knowledge to be sure. I mean, how many trolls do we get here looking to disprove atheism when what they are really refuting is gnostic atheism? Would we have this problem if this was 'Agnostic Atheists Forum?' I don't think so, which indicates to me that the term is useful.
