My imagination does not determine what is and isn't a fallacy. Logic does. If I identify a fallacy and explain how it was committed, and you disagree with my assessment, feel free to do so—but on logical grounds, if you please. I will respond to your critiques, by either refuting it or conceding to it—on logical grounds.
