My own sexuality is important to me, as is that of the person I'm with. Human sexuality is irrelevant to me. I'm not having sex with all humankind.
If human sexuality is so paramount to you, perhaps you need to focus on your own some more and stop inventing reasons to worry about what anyone else does.
