Did Mary and Joseph ever have sex?

How do Christian denominations differ on this? From what I know, it is unthinkable for Catholics that Mary ever had sex with anyone, even her husband, and probably because Catholics are obsessed that their clergy is abstinent, so they see married couple not having sex as an inspiration.
Although "Matthew" is clear on this and says that they had sex, like in 1:25 "But he did not consummate their marriage until she gave birth to a son. And he gave him the name Jesus."
Of course, he says "consummate" and not like vaginal or anal sex, so maybe Catholics interpret "consummate their marriage" as drinking tea from the same cup.
But how do other denominations stand on this? I gather that Mormons probably think they had plenty of sex, with lots of kids because they are big on family and polygamy.

It's wicked even to think about Holy people having sex (or any other bodily function for that matter) You will burn in hell for even contemplating it!

If we take Paul literally and seriously, Jesus had a brother named James.
Galatians 1

Well you can imagine that, according to Vatican, God restored Mary's hymen after Jesus was born only so Joseph can tear it apart later. I mean would Joseph make God look like a fool?

They had sex as Jesus identifies james as a half brother.
James was a son of Mary and Joseph and therefore a half-brother to Jesus and brother to Joseph, Simon, Judas, and their sisters (Matthew 13:55). In the Gospels, James is mentioned a couple of times, but at that time he misunderstood Jesus’ ministry and was not a believer (John 7:2-5). James becomes one of the earliest witnesses of Jesus’ resurrection ().

Maybe Jesus magically slipped around her saintly hymen, leaving Mary intact, since it would be a sin for him to take her virginity. Plus, we know heavenly jizz works topically. For reference:
