Scary shit, but not a surprise. Humans in our evolution consider "noble" as to what benefits them.
If there is any one thing that can be considered noble, it wouldn't be the plight of the oppressed, because everyone is a minority somewhere in the world. If there was one thing that could be considered "noble" it would the concept that we all die and are finite. Maybe if Hitler could have seen his future, maybe he wouldn't have been such a dick. And maybe if the west after WW1 hadn't left Germany to rot, Hitler wouldn't have had the chance to rise to power.
