When you feel stressed, remember that you are the one who is in control of yourself and then just try to be patient with whatever that is causing your anxiety. Maybe that sounds too simple and obvious, but that's what the way that I prefer to deal with stress based on my own personal experiences. With time and patience, your stress and anxiety will eventually go away and then you will feel better. Of course, I don't think that you will be able to completely eradicate stress from your life once and for all. Nobody can. It's one of those things that will repeatedly come and leave, come and leave, come and leave, and so on. I think that almost everyone experiences stress though in varying degrees.
On the plus side, I've read that a little bit of stress can be good for you sometimes. It may cause you to stay more alert, occupied, and even motivate you to do better. So, that's a possible advantage. But, if you think that your stress levels are way above a moderate level, or extremely high, then you should probably speak to a psychologist or a doctor if you haven't done so.
