Last I looked carrying a knife is not a death-penalty offense even in fucking Michigan.

Of course not, I didn't say it was a good justification. Doesn't change the fact that a cop/mayor/defense attorney can make the argument that a knife can easily kill an officer a dog or a passerby. Than skillfully say that a threatening gesture was made and voila ... instant bull shit get outta jail free card.



It happens all the time. All they need is just the tiniest bit of unlawful behavior and they can do whatever the fuck they want. I guarantee the most that will happen is that maybe a couple officers will get suspended and/or fired ... but I wouldn't hold my breath on even that. Rodney King anyone?
