I actually agree that we have far too many in our jails, and that our legal system needs a HUGE overhaul, however with the laws as they are now, if you life in the US you need to follow its laws. Otherwise you need to be made to face the consequences. Simple as that. I used to work in jails by the way, for over a year I was a jailer in the state of Texas. I will be the first one to step forward and say that there are simply way too many people being arrested for stupid shit in the US.
