Scary times. I know these are crazy people but the crazies are getting more numerous. I really hope we're not headed to another Civil War. The problem is, how do we talk to people when they live in an alternate reality?
That's why I volunteered Texas as a place for the republicans to do what they will with. You can't talk with them. I seriously meant no offense as I made this offering in jest. I think a lot of Southerners are still raw about losing the Civil War, or as it was called in my middle school history class, the War of Northern Agression. However, if we're going to take my jest seriously, in my alternate reality we would most definitely have a massive relocation program for those who would not wish to live under the republicans. Hell, I'd compensate them (if I were queen of the world) with Romeny's houses, Chaney's ranch, and all those CEOs' manses. I think some sort of agreement could be reached to relocate our liberal brethren under these conditions. But these are just my crazy musings. I do, in fact, sincerely hope things do not devolve into any actual fighting. Though I've heard the same grumblings of civil war amongst coal miners from Kentucky and West Virginia, which is, to say the least, disturbing.
