Agreed. There's only one reality, but we all try our best to approximate our beliefs to reflect that reality aka our worldview. That's how I see it anyways.
No, I didn't mean you. You're an atheist so you're rational. It's the Christian fundamentalists I was thinking of. They will say if you choose evolution, you are taking the atheistic worldview. This gives respectability to their evidence-less creationism.
But lots of Christians are not honest. They know there is no evidence for their faith but they say there is an abundance of evidence. And when asked for a tiny shred of evidence, they get angry. That's what happened in Christian Forums. They accused me of being an atheist and under their rules, only Christians are permitted to post in their Theology section as well as their Apologetics section. Can you believe that? Only Christians can post in the apologetics section!!!! Non-Christians are banned if they post there. My 3-day ban is over but I don't want to go back there. I'm sure they will ban me again just because I'm not fundamentalist.
