What you call "historians" are NOT historians, but apologists known as "theologians". Of course fan club members are going to pat themselves on the back. Muslim experts also pat themselves on the back in their fan club too.
But to me it does not matter, there is no such thing as godsperm and virgin births ARE a myth. Even if we found the tomb and DNA of a guy claiming to be Jesus having lived at that time, at best you could accuse him of is being a stage illusionist and con artist. But the fact remains once you are dead, you are dead, and your brain does not survive you. So it does not matter if he existed or not, magic is not real and invisible friends are not real.
Allah and God are both myths even if the people that started the fan clubs really existed and conned other people into buying their sky daddy claim.
We can prove that a man named George Washington existed, but no sane person would claim he could fart a Lamborghini out of his ass. And if George Washington had started a religion based on the worship of Vampires, would you join up simply because George Washington was a real person?
You don't have anything but a fan club book, and the "evidence" we constantly see argued is after the fact and is second hand hearsay at best.
