Actually the economy has always been a concern of the Libertarians. Ron Paul has been arguing for a "Audit the Fed" type bill for decades.

I was actually hoping you were a "real" libertarian like Mikhail Bakunin (who I've been reading about recently) , Ayn Rand (considered the mother of Objectivism), Milton Freidman (founder of trickle down economics), or Emma Goldman (considered founder of American anarchism).............. None of which have been involved in the white supremacist movement. The white nationalist movement began calling themselves "libertarians" in the 1980's.

I am a "real" libertarian. It is the white supremacist's who call themselves "libertarians" who are in the wrong. You cannot logically be a libertarian and a white supremacist. Ron Paul put it very well:

Yes, it really does. One of the core libertarian principles is the free market; i.e. a market that is not controlled by the state. The Federal reserve, by giving out handouts to businesses and governments both foreign and domestic, goes completely against that principle. Opposition to the federal reserve (or at least, support for an audit and control of it) goes hand in hand with libertarian beliefs.

I don't have impossibly high standards. I want direct, documented evidence of Ron Paul (currently) being a white supremacist. Not a book that outlines someone's opinion in the same way you've done. Concrete, hard, evidence. Without that, you are simply using the same kind of evidence as the conspiracy theorists you so happily accuse me of being.

The Federal Reserve is fine, it has no more problems than the board of education or the EPA or any of the other group, it's like saying mcdonalds has some problems let's outlaw their restaraunt.

The money is not taxpayer money, first of all, second of all it's an accounting tool, just electrons, they didn't ship a boat of dollar bills, or gold bricks to all those counries did they? Their's no need to audit the federal reserve becuase it will only serve to hurt, the whole purpose, of the federal reserve.

You either have a very skewed view of what money actually is, or you think it's fine for the Fed to simply create more money so they can loan it out. The idea of money is that it should be redeemable, and it has to be a finite supply. If you try to create more money, you end up with inflation (just look at what happened to Zimbabwe). That money is taxpayer money...of course it is. Taxpayers pay money to the government.

SO if you don't beleive the money is just electrons then where is the $689 trillion that OTC Derivative people own? Is it in a secret underground vault somewhere? We should go get it!

I was actually expecting the audit to be something like $500 trillion but it's only $16 trillion of reserve currency (which i'm sure you never bothered to google the difference between real currency) over a three year period to several banks including international ones..... If anything this proves Ron Paul is full of shit.

That's $16 trillion which has been loaned out. It's not the total amount of money in the US economy. My point still stands; it is a ridiculous amount of money to loan out with 0% interest, when the government of the US is in debt by $11.21 trillion. No banking institution would last if they gave out those sorts of loans, but the Fed can somehow get away with it because they apparently believe themselves to be unaccountable. They aren't; as a public institution, they are accountable to every US citizen.
