Let me approach this from yet another angle. Is A the only sufficient condition for B (are you asserting this)?
Double negatives cancel to make a positive.
Not A -> B = Not B -> A
Not A -> B
Not B -> not not A
The two "not"s cancel out and you left with
Not B -> A
