I used the NASB and it is a very strong translation and it states the same things. Studying the Bible does consist of relating verses, you did it, and yet you condemn Undeceived of doing the same thing. What you need to do, stand up to your own standards, or get rid of the verses from one of the two books you used and start your argument over. Why do you not condemn Price for doing the same thing... oh! I know you did not sincerely listen to him, he gave you what seemed to be a contradiction in scripture and you ran with it, you've made yourself look foolish in this. So start over with one verse and we will just ignore you for bringing foolish thought to an argument or allow everyone to play on an even field.
Undeceived is correct in his presentation, you are to embarrassed to admit he has corrected Price and popped your little bubble.
No, what Undecieved was doing was taking a whole bunch of verses and saying "well, if the majority of verses is saying one thing then the minority of these verses that say another are really saying what the majority is saying."
Undecieved's agenda assumes inerrancy. If one or two verses contradict what a bunch of other verses says, then it just must be an illusion and we should read those minority of verses in a way that harmonizes with the majority. That's his (and yours) reasoning.
