Firstly, tmi alert, I generally go au naturale, but when I have waxed, I do so with disposable panties on. As far as I'm aware there's no hair IN my vagina, just surrounding it. The waxer gets no say about my vagina, even if she does see it.
Secondly, I wouldn't go to an OBGYN unless it was medically needed. I go to a midwife for my annual check ups and had both of my boys at home, not a hospital. I could go on and on and on about my thoughts on the medicalization of childbirth, but really that's way off topic for this thread. If you would like to hear more about my amazing vagina and natural childbirths please feel free to start a new thread and I guarentee I'll be there! :-P
